A story with highly relevant themes:
Even in the present Kali Yuga, Lord Hanuman continues to guide humanity. In the film, the divine entity narrates many stories to a girl named Prakruthi, including the story of Lord Rama, who leaves his hometown and goes on to live in the forests. Meanwhile, Rama’s father spends his entire life fighting to build a hospital in the village. Realizing his father’s dream is paramount, Rama eventually returns to his hometown. What does Rama do after returning? How does he eradicate the evil and wrongdoing in the village? And how does he transform and rebuild the village? That forms the central story of the film.
Set in contemporary rural Andhra Pradesh, Maa Ramudu Andarivadu follows a young protagonist who returns to his hometown to fulfill his late father’s dream of helping his community. However, he soon clashes with a powerful, corrupt political leader who exploits the villagers for personal gain. Guided by a strong sense of justice and the righteousness of Lord Rama, his personal crusade evolves into a collective fight for social change. Blending family emotion, romance, action, and mythological narration, his journey tests his resolve through political pressure and personal sacrifice. He proves that truth, courage, and integrity still have the power to transform society and restore hope to his people.
Superior visuals and technical output:
The scenes in which Hanuman narrates the story of the Ramayana, along with the CGI used in those sequences, are going to be spectacular. Hanuman narrates the story to a child who is a divine gift to Prakruthi. Tanikella Bharani has provided the voice-over for the character of Hanuman, and his deep, commanding voice is sure to engage the audience.
